Cage Gas
Cage The gas is the solution for a secure and efficient addition of oxygen during debugging with skirts or full force projection, particularly in large cages with plenty of fish.
Debug / management is a critical operation during the production
of salmon.
The margins are small, and many traps. The fish are easily
stressed, and incur the disease, or even die from stress, crush
injuries or lack of oxygen.
By adding the fish NOK oxygen, the time aspect is less important
for farmers. The fish can be fine, even in tight pressure
projection, even though the time dragged out slightly, and the
farmer can concentrate on the rest of the operation of a
debugging.
Cage Gas, and the idea around it, was caught when we were
discussing ways of adding oxygen in seawater. Most are using today
diffusers, which will create very small bubbles of oxygen, so that
they dissolve easily in water. The oxygen that is dissolved in
water, bubbles to the surface, and goes into the air.
We have for years used injektorprinsippet to solve the ozone and
oxygen in the well-boats that use our systems. That is, we inject
oxygen into a dense flow, so it is mixed in water before it gets a
chance to bubble out and over the air. This method dissolves more
oxygen, and is very easy with regard to dosage.
