Ozone
Ozone is used to disinfect the pipes, pumps, gratings, ducts and valves, as well as surfaces in the tanks
"Redoxzon" - this is Ozone (O3)
- use of ozone in sea water is safe for fish and humans in
controlled use
- a very powerful oxidizing agent, more powerful than
chlorine
- a gas that is produced from natural oxygen in the air
(O2-O3)
- an electrically charged oxygen
- a natural disinfectant
- react with all of the organic compounds in water, such as humus,
algae, fungi, viruses and bacteria
Production Method:
Ozone is used to disinfect the pipes, pumps, gratings, ducts and
valves, as well as surfaces in the tanks.
Our systems are approved by the Government Pharmaceutical Works for
use in disinfection of well boats.
We deliver the system for disinfection of pipes and tanks on
fishing boats, hatchery, processing plant on land and in
aquaculture.

About Ozone as disinfectant
General of ozone
Ozone is a powerful disinfectant that is generated by allowing
the oxygen-containing air passes through a field of electrical
discharges in which oxygen molecules split. Intact oxygen molecules
react with oxygen molecules split to form 03, the
ozone.
Ozone is a very strong oxidizing agent, which has disinfecting
effect on the bacteria and viruses. The effect is due to changes in
bacterial membrane structure, leading to the protein and nucleic
acids leak out, so that bacteria can not multiply and die out.
Redoxzon ozone systems generate ozone
and can be adapted to many uses.
Uses for Redoxzon
Redoxzon to use the well-boats
There are strict requirements for disinfectants used in
well-boats, as well as boats have transported fish with contagious
disease can bring the infection and lead it forward. For a breeder
it will have major economic consequences if the contagious fish
diseases break out at the plant, with increased mortality or
imposed utslakting as a result. It is therefore important that the
well boat driver can document acceptable disinfectant so that he is
not suspected to lead to infection. That he can do so by printing a
report from the disinfection system after ozone ring is
completed.
Approved system
Redoxzon has gone through the strict
approval procedure which
The Norwegian Medicines Agency has before they approve a
disinfectant. Redoxzon been found effective against both bacteria
and viruses by a TRO concentration of 1 mg / l.
It would therefore kill both ISA, IPN and vibriobakterier which is
highly topical infectious agents in aquaculture.
Redox AS also owns the name rights to Redoxzon
regulations for disinfection of aquaculture facilities and
well-boats can be found at Lovdata:

Redoxzon has several major advantages
over other disinfectants that have been approved by the Medical
Products Agency: Ozone process will break loose and oxidize hit,
shells and blood and other biological materials stuck in corners,
behind nedspring and in piping systems that are otherwise difficult
to clean mechanically. Most other disinfectants (powder and
solutions) that dissolves in water and / or sprayed on will only
work on the outside of the ev. biofilm / beat / shellfish / blood
water so you can run the risk that one does not kill the pathogens
that hide behind the stubborn material. This can later detach and
pose a smittefare.
A further advantage is that the ozone generator itself generates
the disinfectant of atmospheric oxygen. Mon avoid the cost of
constantly buying new disinfectant.
